Arugula, Greek nonfat yogurt, boneless skinless chicken breasts
2. What are you reading (honestly)?
Water for Elephants- amazing story! Just found out that they are making a movie about it.
3. What is your guilty pleasure when you get a break from the kids?
Used to be surfing now it’s stand up paddle boarding.
4. What would we be surprised to find in your purse?
A birthday candle, never know when you will need one!
5. What is your favorite reality TV show?
As bad as it is.. .Real Housewives!
6. What is your cocktail of choice?
Good tequila on the rocks with lime.
7. What is the funniest thing your kids have said or done lately?
“Mom, why did the cookie have to go to the Dr.? Because he was feeling crumbie”

I was in Playboy when I was 22 (a very conservative photo by Playboy’s standards!)
12. What is your secret to staying Hot & Healthy?
Keeping only healthy non-toxic foods in the house, and staying active!
