H&H Interview with Tina

1.     What are the top 3 items in your grocery cart?

yogurt, cheese & hummus (not consumed together!)

2.     What are you reading (honestly)?

I don’t normally read “juicy novels”  but I must admit someone talked me into reading “Something Borrowed” by Emily Giffin, and I loved it so much that I just finished the sequel “Something Blue” -Loved it! -Of course I’m always referring to my “What to Expect -The Toddler Years.”

3.     What is your guilty pleasure when you get a break from the kids?

Catching up on my soap “All my Children” on my DVR, a trip to the spa, laying out by the pool with a good book,  a hot bubble bath and a nice glass of red wine!

4.     What would we be surprised to find in your purse?

I don’t carry a purse anymore, only a diaper bag…but the few times I do carry a small bag (for quick trips to run errands without Lily), one may be surprised to see that although I do not have my child with me, I still carry along wipies!)

5.     What is your favorite reality TV show?

American Idol

6.     What is your cocktail of choice?

Vodka & Tonic with a lime please! (refreshing & low cal!)

7.     What is the funniest thing your kids have said or done lately?

Lily has the “Be Bop Band” musical instrument set and the instruments are also stored inside of the big drum. She thought she would have a seat on (inside) the bucket and got stuck with her bumm in the drum! It would’ve made a great picture had I remembered to grab the camera.

8.     What is your favorite quotation?

“You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough!” -Mae West

9.     What are you currently working out to on your iPod?

Michael Jackson! -Love running to some MJ!!! Especially the dance mixes of his songs.

10.   What is your secret to staying Hot & Healthy?

1.) Being aware! Aware of what I eat, how I feel, what I wear and how I look.

2.) Making wise choices…eating a nutritious and well balanced diet, and exercising

regularly (although it’s harder to find time these days).

3.) Making the time & effort to put on make-up, and do something to my hair.
